Pros

Rooms are spotlessly clean with comfortable beds and amenities like a microwave in some rooms.

Staff are friendly and helpful, providing excellent service at breakfast.

Self-check-in is simple with clear instructions.

Great value for the price, including a freshly cooked breakfast.

Cons

Road noise from nearby busy streets can be audible in front-facing rooms.

No private parking on site; paid public car parks are available nearby (e.g., Greyfriars car park £8 for 24 hours).

“The value here is immediately apparent, especially when paired with a genuinely satisfying breakfast that seems to exceed expectations for the price point. What strikes me is the meticulous cleanliness throughout, a testament to the care taken by the hosts, whose warmth makes one feel truly welcomed. Its proximity to key landmarks is another significant advantage, making it a sensible base for exploration.”
